-Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.-Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.-Collaborate with senior management to define key priorities, initiatives, and performance metrics.-Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business.-Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.-Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.-Manage proposal response process.-Generate new leads by cold calling, emails, exhibitions, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and set meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns.-Identify new markets, geographic regions, and industry sectors to diversify revenue streams and capitalize on emerging trends.-Identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.-Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.-Following up with the clients for revenue collection.-Responsible for providing sales quotations, commercial proposals, sustaining and renewing client contracts, as well as systematically pursuing customer opportunities.-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.Qualifications :-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business- 3+ years of experience-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
