Company: Al Shorouk Industrial FibersJob PurposeTo drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with industrial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s industrial fiber products in alignment with sales targets and business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B customers (factories, manufacturers, distributors).Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Promote and sell industrial fiber products (e.g., polyester fibers, synthetic fibers).Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and sales agreements.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data (CRM).Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to managementQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably industrial/manufacturing sector)Experience in B2B sales is a mustKnowledge of industrial fibers or raw materials is a strong advantage
