Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Sheikh Zayed City. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting training efforts. The role involves managing sales processes, maintaining product knowledge, assisting clients with their inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide exceptional client supportProven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive results and meet objectivesExperience in Training and mentoring staff to enhance team performanceExceptional organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
