Interns will engage with potential and existing clients over the phone to present agency services, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, updating customer records, and following up on leads in coordination with the sales and account management teams. The role also involves learning and applying sales scripts, participating in training sessions, and providing feedback to improve outreach strategies. Interns will work closely with senior team members to develop professional communication skills and gain practical experience in telesales within an advertising environment.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and active listeningCustomer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and maintain positive client relationshipsSales skills, including basic negotiation, persuasion, and lead qualificationAbility to engage in and benefit from Training to enhance telesales techniques and product knowledgeInterest in advertising, marketing, or sales, with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and commit to full-time internship hoursProficiency in relevant office and communication tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plusFluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferred
