Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing customer relationships, and promoting Talent Finder’s recruitment solutions. Additional tasks include conducting product and service presentations, closing sales deals, meeting sales targets, and providing overall support to the sales team. The role requires strong interpersonal communication to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and clients throughout the engagement process. QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with experience meeting and exceeding sales objectives while developing strategic approaches to reach targets.Experience in Training, with the ability to teach and guide team members on sales practices and client management strategies.A strong track record of building relationships and understanding client requirements.Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
