We’re expanding our team to boost sales growth across key African markets.Job OverviewWe seek a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in end-to-end activities, liaison with internal/external partners, and drive regional targets. Key Responsibilities- Assist with customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and lead follow-ups across African markets- Process orders, coordinate production/logistics for on-time shipment of equipment/spare parts.- Prepare export docs (invoices and packing list etc...) and ensure compliance with African regulations (e.g., Egypt ACID number, Incoterms).- Liaise with finance/logistics (CargoX) for payments, shipping, and share updates with teams/headquarters.- Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business/International Trade/Logistics.- Recent graduate from top class university in Cairo, English fluent.- Familiar with international trade regulations, African customs procedures is a plus- Proficient in MS Office; - Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
