Job Description:Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels, such as direct outreach, referrals, and marketing events.Consult with clients to understand their property requirements, investment goals, and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable properties within our development portfolio.Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities, positioning our properties as the best choice for clients.Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and tours to showcase properties and highlight features and benefits.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial client inquiry to closing the sale or lease agreement, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied throughout the process. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, development) to ensure that transactions are completed in compliance with regulations and company standards.Lead negotiations on pricing, payment plans, and contract terms, always aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.Work toward exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, actively pushing for new business while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.Follow up with clients after the transaction to ensure satisfaction and facilitate referrals and repeat business.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.
