Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Vice President (VP) role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The VP will oversee strategic planning, leadership development, and the execution of organizational objectives. The position involves collaborating with various departments to drive business growth, maintaining operational excellence, and implementing innovative solutions to address company challenges. The VP will also be responsible for representing Mardev Developments in client interactions and ensuring all projects align with industry standards and company vision. QualificationsStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skillsExperience in strategic planning, business development, and operational managementExpertise in civil construction, urban development, and project managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage and oversee diverse, large-scale projectsUnderstanding of market trends and the construction industry landscapeBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)Track record of building and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders
