The Sales Supervisor will lead and support a team of real estate sales professionals, ensuring that sales targets and performance metrics are consistently achieved. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring pipelines, and guiding team members through the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role involves conducting regular coaching and training sessions, supporting team members during client meetings, and ensuring efficient use of CRM and reporting tools. The Sales Supervisor will maintain strong customer relationships, handle escalated client inquiries, coordinate with other departments to align on inventory and pricing, and provide accurate market and performance reports to management.Qualifications4+ years of experience in the real estate field. Strong team management and training skills, with experience supervising or leading sales teams.Excellent communication and customer service abilities to build rapport, handle objections, and manage escalations effectively.Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, forecast performance, and support data-driven decisions.Proven real estate sales experience in Egypt, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; fluency in Arabic and good command of English are preferred.
