We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in merchant support, account management, and sales operations.Key Responsibilities:Respond to daily merchant inquiries via email and chat, providing timely support and assisting in resolving basic operational issues.Maintain accurate merchant records and support new partners throughout the account onboarding process.Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.Assist in activating, organizing, and archiving client contracts and related documentation.Support the Sales and Partnerships teams with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.Help maintain data accuracy and prepare reports when needed.Requirements:Undergraduate student.Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Gain:Practical experience in sales support and merchant operations.Exposure to client onboarding and account management processes.Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Valuable professional development and learning opportunities.
