The Sales Team member will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present the company’s investment and service offerings in a clear, professional manner. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals in line with company targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely responses to client inquiries, and high-quality service delivery. Daily activities include tracking performance against KPIs, updating CRM systems, and contributing to sales forecasts and market insights.QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.Ability to communicate complex information clearly, including strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Solid understanding of investment, finance, or multi-sector business environments, or a strong willingness to learn.Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for sales reporting.Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proactive, self-motivated, and organized, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site setting.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in investment or related sectors, is an advantage.
