Job PurposeLead and coach a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets, maintain a healthy pipeline, enforce sales process discipline (CRM), and ensure a consistent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day performance of assigned sales team (targets, pipeline, activities).Coach team members on prospecting, discovery, proposals, and closing techniques.Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and activity tracking.Ensure CRM hygiene, lead routing, and adherence to sales stages and documentation.Support escalation handling and participate in key negotiations when needed.Coordinate with marketing/events to drive lead generation for the team.Implement sales playbooks, scripts, and standard proposal/quotation templates.Provide input on pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies (within policy).Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance appraisals.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business or related field.4+ years in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.Proven track record of meeting targets and coaching others to success.
