Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of key B2B SaaS products at GS1 Egypt. You will own product direction across complex, high-impact problem spaces, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to users, support strategic business goals, and operate effectively within standards-driven and regulated ecosystems. This role requires strong product judgment, deep customer empathy, and the ability to align technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders around the right priorities.ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities.Lead product discovery through user interviews, workflow analysis, journey mapping, usability testing, and stakeholder research; convert insights into validated product decisions.Own prioritization across competing business, customer, and technical demands using clear frameworks and trade-off analysis.Translate product direction into well-structured epics, stories, and acceptance criteria that enable effective delivery by engineering and design teams.Partner closely with engineering, design, commercial, support, and operations teams to deliver successful launches and drive adoption.Track product performance using clear KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, workflow completion, satisfaction, and business impact.Validate features and product bets before build through research, prototypes, data analysis, competitor assessment, and direct customer feedback.Influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization and drive alignment in ambiguous or cross-functional problem areas.Mentor junior product managers and help strengthen product management practices, discovery discipline, and customer-centric thinking across the organization.Qualifications8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of products across discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.Strong experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably involving workflow-heavy, integration-led, or operational products.Proven ability to work across engineering, design, business, and customer-facing teams in complex stakeholder environments.Strong grasp of agile product management, user research, prioritization, experimentation, and product analytics.Ability to define success metrics and use data to evaluate product performance and inform roadmap decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences effectively.Experience producing clear product documentation such as PRDs, specs, roadmaps, and decision memos.Hands-on familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Mixpanel, SQL, Google Analytics, or equivalent BI platforms.Preferred: experience in supply chain, traceability, logistics, healthcare, standards-based systems, or regulated digital products.
