Job Title:Senior Property Consultant (S. PC)Job Purpose:The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, handling complex sales transactions, and driving the closure of premium units within Meamar El Moez’s real estate projects.The role focuses on maximizing conversion of qualified leads, accelerating high-value inventory movement, and enhancing client trust through professional advisory, contributing to revenue growth and project sell-out efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Handle qualified and high-potential leads with a focus on conversion.Present premium units and clearly communicate their investment value.Lead negotiations with clients and drive deals toward successful closure.Ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end sales process.Understand client needs and investment objectives.Provide tailored property recommendations based on client profiles.Maintain consistent communication and build long-term relationships.Establish trust and credibility with potential and existing clients.Manage a pipeline of high-quality leads and opportunities.Track deal progress accurately across all stages within the CRM system.Identify stalled deals and take proactive corrective actions.Ensure continuous movement and progression of the sales pipeline.Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.Capture client feedback, objections, and buying behavior insights.Prepare structured reports and updates for the Sales Manager.Support continuous improvement of sales strategies and approaches.Support junior team members in handling complex client cases.Share best practices, negotiation techniques, and sales insights.Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members.Contribute to overall team performance and capability development.Adhere to approved pricing and discount policies.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales documentation.Avoid unauthorized commitments or deviations from company policies.Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy and integrity.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.4–7 years of total professional experience.Proven experience in real estate developer sales, particularly in handling high-value transactions and client relationship management.Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems.Employment Type:Full-timeLocation:Al-Sadat City, Menoufia, EgyptTo Apply:Send your CV to:hr@meamaralmoez.com0106857249801092406581
