Our mission is to empower growth, innovation, and excellence by matching the right talent with the right opportunities.Currently, we are hiring a Salesforce Consultant for one of our partner organizations in KSA, offering the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.The Salesforce Consultant / Administrator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of Theeb's Salesforce platform. This role coordinates closely with the external implementation vendor during the project execution phase and assumes full ownership of system administration post go-live.The position ensures Salesforce effectively supports business objectives, integrates seamlessly with core enterprise systems, and delivers high levels of user adoption, data quality, and operational efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate day-to-day activities with the external Salesforce implementation vendor. Review, validate, and approve business requirements, system designs, and development deliverables. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure adequate testing coverage, and track issue resolution through to closure. Configure and administer Salesforce components, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows. Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls in line with security policies. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and executive decision-making. Ensure seamless integration with CarPro, Genesys, MuleSoft, and Data Warehouse platforms. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users to drive adoption and effective usage. Enforce Salesforce security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements. Act as the primary internal subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce operations, enhancements, and best practices. RequirementsEducation Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience & Technical Skills 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, or consulting roles. Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, user management, automation, and reporting. Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft). Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management and documentation capabilities. Certifications Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Consultant (Sales / Service / Experience Cloud) Language Requirements Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
