This role involves both manual and automated testing, including integration and regression testing, as well as defect identification and resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA practices, test tool setup, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Role Responsibilities: Execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defectsCreate and conduct automated testing of software applications, including integration and regression testingIdentify, report, and track software defects to resolution, ensuring that all critical issue are prioritized and resolved promptlyParticipate in the review of requirements and design documents to ensure testability. -Document testing results and create test reports for various stakeholders, including senior managementContinuously improve testing processes and methodologies, driving the adoption of best practices and standardsAct as a subject matter expert in software testing, staying up to date on industry trends and advancementsRequirements5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Software Tester or in a QA-related role with emphasis on Salesforce development and testingDemonstrated experience in setting up test toolsExperience with automation testing toolsProven experience in solution testingQA experience with manual testing and writing automated testsHas worked on multiple cloud with at least Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community CloudOther Salesforce clouds experience: Marketing, Commerce, CPQ, Education and Analytics is an added advantage Required Certifications: Certified Salesforce AdministratorCertified Salesforce Advance AdministratorOther SkillsProactivenessOwnership and accountability of the project tasksOpen communication and transparency about day to day work, issues , risks and progressExperience in Agile project methodologyCollaboration and be team playingEstimation of timelines and solution approaches
