Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and delivering tailored financial and insurance solutions. Key tasks include conducting client meetings, presenting products, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring client satisfaction. QualificationsProven sales skills, client engagement, and ability to meet and exceed sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesUnderstanding of financial services, insurance products, and retirement planningCustomer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationshipsProblem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM toolsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and collaborativelyPrior experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
