Job SummaryThe SuccessFactors Recruitment & Marketing Specialist is responsible for leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to implement strategic recruitment initiatives that attract top talent. The role includes administering RCM/RMK modules, creating digital campaigns, managing talent pipelines, and enhancing the candidate journey from sourcing to hiring. This position collaborates across HR, business units, and marketing to strengthen employer branding, support data-based hiring decisions, and ensure recruitment compliance and process efficiency across the organization.Key RequirementsMinimum 1 year in SuccessFactors Recruitment & Marketing ManagementAt least 1 end-to-end project in RCM & RMK; single & multistage expertiseCertifications: RCM, RMK, SAP HCMTechnical: XML coding, AI features in RCM/RMK, job board configurationIntegration: Background checks, online assessments, police verificationCandidate should be able to design the templates Candidate profile/Application template/Job requisition template/offer approval/offer letter etc.Good exposure in talent pipeline customizationShould have knowledge to design custom offer letters as per customer needsArabic proficiency; locally availableResponsibilitiesManage SAP SF Recruiting Management & Marketing modulesOversee requisition workflows, candidate lifecycle, and onboardingDesign recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and engagement journeysEnsure integration with career sites, job boards, LinkedIn, and social mediaStay updated on half-yearly releasesPreferred ProfileStrong communication & problem-solving skillsMaster’s degree or equivalentWillingness to travelActions NeededConfirm certifications in RCM, RMK, and SAP HCMVerify Arabic language proficiency and local availabilityValidate XML coding and AI experienceEnsure readiness for integrations and custom recruitment design
