Long DescriptionAbout The RoleCapgemini is looking for a seasoned SAP Technical Solution Architect with deep hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration programs, especially Bluefield (Selective Data Transition) and Brownfield (System Conversion) approaches. The ideal candidate has led technical architecture for large, complex SAP landscapes and brings strong expertise in driving end-to-end migration strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignLead architecture for complex SAP S/4HANA migrations using Bluefield, Brownfield, or hybrid models.Define target system landscape, migration roadmap, integration architecture, and technical design.Create architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and migration frameworks for customer programs.Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure alignment of design and execution.Migration LeadershipOversee all technical aspects of S/4HANA migrations including assessments, planning, conversion, remediation, and cutover.Lead data migration strategies, conversion simulations, code remediation, and system optimization activities.Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for large-scale transformations.Stakeholder & Delivery ManagementAct as a trusted technical advisor to customer IT & business leadership.Present architecture solutions, migration recommendations, and technical risks to senior stakeholders.Support pre‑sales activities including solutioning, estimation, and technical proposal preparation.Technical ExpertiseProvide expert guidance across SAP technical components:SAP S/4HANA & ECCSAP HANA DB, performance tuning, and optimizationSUM/DMO, ATC checks, custom code remediationSAP BTP, integration platforms (PI/PO/CPI), and API-based architecturesSelective data transition tools (EPI‑USE, SNP, Natuvion, or similar)ExperienceRequired Skills & Experience14+ years of total SAP technical experience, with a strong background in BASIS, HANA, development, and architecture.Proven experience leading multiple Bluefield and Brownfield migrations for large-scale enterprise clients.Hands-on S/4HANA migration experience including SUM/DMO, system conversion, and selective data transition.Experience architecting SAP transformations in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Soft SkillsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to guide diverse, multi-location technical delivery teams.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.SAP S/4HANA or SAP Technical Architecture certifications (preferred).Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) are an added advantage.
