The company’s portfolio of successful projects highlights its commitment to shaping a more efficient and sustainable future for water management.Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer (Pumps) will be responsible for driving pump sales by identifying opportunities, developing technical proposals, and presenting solutions to clients in the water and wastewater sector. In this full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, the individual will conduct client visits, perform technical assessments, prepare quotations, and participate in contract negotiations. The role involves providing technical support during pre- and post-sales phases, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and ensuring that pump solutions meet client and project specifications. The Senior Sales Engineer will maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and deliver product training or demonstrations as needed. The position also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and contributing to sales forecasts and strategy development.Qualifications 5 years experience Strong Sales Engineering and pump application expertise, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective solutions.Experience in Sales and Customer Service, including lead generation, opportunity management, and long-term client relationship building.Proven Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, product selection, and on-site technical guidance.Excellent Communication skills for presenting technical information clearly, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Previous experience in pumps, water and wastewater treatment, or related industrial equipment sales.Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.Demonstrated negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
