ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Drive the growth of Honeywell Building Management System BMS across Egypt & Libya.Lead commercial activities through a network of partners through strong reach to the market stakeholders and decision makers from end users, consultants & contractors.Drive sustainable business growth with the partners according to the 1BA STRAP approach.Proactively monitor sales performance, negotiate contracts, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue in alignment with predefined business targets.Conduct competitive analysis and coordinate responsive strategies in collaboration with the Africa Business Leader.Continuously assess market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning to inform pricing, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies.Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related technical field. (Female/Male)7~9 years of proven experience in Account Management, with a strong relation to contractors, consultants and end users.Experience in BMS, HVAC, Control solutionsProficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.Fluency in English.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with agility and professionalism.Strong team collaboration skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
