The Mission: "The Strategic Client Partner"We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Account Manager to lead the end-to-end relationship with our most sophisticated partners (Tier 1 Global Brands and Multinational Agencies). You will act as a consultant, using our AdMetrics data suite to justify media spend and transition clients from tactical one-off bookings into long-term, data-led partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Lead Management: Take ownership of incoming OOH media leads. Prepare scientific, data-backed media plans that justify client investment.AdMetrics DaaS Servicing: Act as the primary success manager for our "Data-as-a-Service" accounts, ensuring clients extract maximum value from our dashboards.Project Delivery: Manage one-off AdMetrics report requests from brief to final delivery.Commercial Lifecycle: Handle the full administrative cycle including contract preparation, renewal management, and supporting the finance team in timely collections.Strategic Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell premium data layers or cross-sell multi-channel solutions to existing accounts.The "Elite" RequirementsThe Track Record: 4-6 years of experience in a media agency environment or handling complex accounts for major regional/global brands. You must have a proven history of managing high-stakes client portfolios and complex media planning.Market & Data Passion: A genuine interest in the Egyptian OOH landscape, data analytics, and performance marketing. You should have a "boots on the ground" understanding of Egyptian roads and traffic patterns—you can't sell the value of a location if you don't know the streets.Technical Literacy: Comfortable navigating data dashboards and explaining metrics (Impressions, Dwell, Market Activity) as fluently as billboard locations.The Consultant Mindset: We want a strategic advisor and closer, rather than just an "order taker."Operational Discipline: Strong attention to detail regarding contracts and the commercial health of your portfolio.
