Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager (OEM / Distributor Ecosystem) for one of our partners, a leader in the Solar Energy System Service industry!Job Summary:The Senior Account Manager (OEM / Distributor Ecosystem) will own and grow the automotive vertical by managing OEMs, distributors, dealers, and showroom networks; drive revenue, partnerships, and EV infrastructure integration across the full value chain.Responsibilities:Manage and expand relationships with:Automotive OEMsNational distributors & agentsDealer networks & showroomsDrive EV charger sales + bundled solutions (hardware + software + services)Develop and execute dealer-level activation strategiesTrain, influence, and motivate showroom sales teams to push EV + charging solutionsIdentify upsell opportunities across:Charger upgradesMaintenance contractsSoftware integrationBuild structured pipeline and ensure conversion disciplineCoordinate internally with marketing, technical, and operations teams
