The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships, understanding business objectives, and translating them into effective marketing plans. Responsibilities include leading account strategy, briefing and coordinating with internal creative and digital teams, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and presentations, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling services.
