Senior Analyst, Investor Relations (IR) & Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Job Overview:The Senior Analyst will support both the Investor Relations and FP&A functions by preparing financial analysis, budgets, forecasts, management reports, investor presentations, and performance analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior management and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities – Financial Planning & Analysis• Assist in preparing the annual budget and long-term business plan.• Prepare monthly and rolling forecasts.• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.• Develop management dashboards and KPI reports.• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for business performance.• Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.• Support profitability analysis by business line, product, and subsidiary.• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs.• Support business case evaluations and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities – Investor Relations• Prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, and earnings support materials.• Prepare financial analysis for investors, lenders, and rating agencies.• Track analyst reports and peer performance.• Support investor meetings, roadshows, and due diligence requests.• Monitor shareholder and market activity.Reporting & Analysis• Prepare monthly Board and Management reports.• Consolidate information from business units.• Perform competitor and industry analysis.• Prepare executive presentations.• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting.Key Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.• Professional certifications (CFA, FMVA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.Technical Skills:• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion/EPM is preferred.• Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage.• Working knowledge of IFRS.Soft Skills:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• High attention to detail.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.• Collaborative and proactive mindset.Key Deliverables:• Annual Budget and Long-Term Plan• Monthly Management Reports• Forecast and Variance Analysis• KPI Dashboards• Investor and Board Presentations• Financial Models• Industry Benchmarking Reports
