Senior Arch Technical Office Engineer

supervise the technical office engineers responsible for architectural works.Review, check, and approve architectural shop drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design intent, contract documents, and project specifications.Coordinate with design consultants, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure smooth project execution.Manage the preparation and submission of RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify design details where necessary.Review material submittals and samples to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.Maintain updated logs of shop drawings, approvals, and revisions in coordination with document control.Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.Provide technical guidance and support to site execution teams for architectural and fit-out works.Monitor deadlines for shop drawing submissions and approvals to avoid project delays.Conduct periodic coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design/technical issues. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Minimum [4–7] years of experience in architectural technical office roles.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/coordination software.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
