Professionals joining Al Ashraaf can expect to work within a legacy-focused, quality-driven environment.Role Description The Senior Architect Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Obour. This role is responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept through detailed design, ensuring that plans meet functional requirements, local regulations, and Al Ashraaf’s quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings and models, coordinating design solutions with structural, MEP, and construction teams, and managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Architect Design Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders, participate in site visits to verify design implementation, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. The position also involves supporting integration of design-related software tools, contributing to project schedules, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Qualifications Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience leading complex real estate or mixed-use projects.Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows, such as BIM platforms, CAD tools, or design coordination systems.Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Obour, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior designers and engineers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Prior experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial developments in Egypt or similar markets is an advantage.
