Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cost Control Engineer located in Qesm El Obour. The Senior Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, developing cost control processes, generating cost reports, and ensuring the most effective allocation of resources. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project data, maintaining budgets, tracking expenditures, and collaborating with various teams to ensure cost-effective project execution. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management methodologiesStrong skills in Analytical Thinking and Project ControlCapability to develop comprehensive and accurate Cost ReportingExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience in the construction or real estate development sector is highly desirableProficiency in relevant software and tools such as Primavera or equivalent cost management applications
