Role Description This full-time role of Senior QS Architect Engineer is an on-site position located in Qesm El Obour. The chosen candidate will be responsible for architectural project oversight, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional objectives. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, cost estimation, resource allocation, and quality assurance for construction initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to industry standards will be key components of the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Architecture and Civil Engineering, with hands-on experience in design and structural execution.Proficiency in Project Management and Construction, including budget estimation and timeline management.Teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.Familiarity with quality assurance practices in the construction industry is essential.Minimum bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or relevant field.Experience in real estate and large-scale development projects is a strong advantage.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on detail and problem-solving abilities.
