The organization is committed to innovative, high-quality projects that contribute to shaping the future of Egypt’s real estate landscape.Role Description The Talent Acquisition Internship (Paid) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. The intern will support the talent acquisition team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include assisting with job postings, updating candidate databases, and communicating with applicants and hiring managers. The intern will also help with employer branding activities, such as drafting career page content, supporting recruitment events, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic real estate and development environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with an interest in learning end-to-end hiring processes.Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including basic ability to assess candidate fit and support selection decisions.Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with the capacity to support communication and promotion of the company’s culture and opportunities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using applicant tracking systems or HR software is beneficial.Ongoing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are preferred.Interest in the real estate or development sector and willingness to learn from experienced HR professionals.
