Senior Architect Engineer

Responsibilities:Lead the architectural design team in developing comprehensive and accurate design packages, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project requirements.Oversee the schematic design and working drawing stages, contributing innovative solutions, and ensuring designs meet client expectations.Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with other trades.Review and approve design deliverables, including design drawings, presentations, and specifications.Provide technical support and design expertise to resolve complex design challenges and ensure functional and aesthetic excellence.Manage and review subcontractor design submissions, ensuring they align with project goals and architectural standards.Study, prepare, and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) to address design-related inquiries effectively.Maintain alignment with project schedules, ensuring all design deliverables are completed on time and meet established quality benchmarks.Foster collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve cohesive design solutions.Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative and sustainable practices into projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a master’s degree or specialization in design is an advantage.Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and coordination for large-scale projects.Comprehensive knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address design complexities.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.Commitment to delivering exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
