Senior Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality architectural design solutions for both interior and exterior works.🔹 Job Responsibilities:Design & Concept DevelopmentDevelop architectural concepts and translate ideas into clear, creative, and buildable design proposals.Prepare and present design materials including mood boards, concept diagrams, sketches, and 3D visualizations.Produce design development drawings and detailed architectural packages for interior and exterior works.Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and space planning.Select materials, finishes, and architectural details aligned with the project vision.Codes & Technical StandardsEnsure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.Apply strong knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and technical consistency.🔹 Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.4–7 years of experience in architectural design (preferably residential or mixed-use projects).Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop.Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and local codes.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to relocate to New Damietta.📍 Work Details:Location: New DamiettaWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM✨ If you are looking for a professional work environment and a real opportunity for growth and development, join the ARX team now!Willingness to relocate to New Damietta.
