We are seeking a highly motivated Senior B2B Sales Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of corporate clients and handling the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships •Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years specifically within Advertising, Marketing, or Media Agencies•Language:Good to Very Good command of English (Must be able to conduct meetings and write professional emails/proposals).•Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of agency services (Digital Marketing, Branding, Media Production, etc.) and how to sell them to corporate clients.•Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and "Closing" skills.•Networking:Strong ability to reach out to decision-makers and build a solid pipeline of prospects.•Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.•Personal Attributes: Target-driven, creative thinker, and able to handle the fast-paced environment of agencies.
