ResponsibilitiesHandle medical insurance additions, deletions, upgrades, and renewals.Monitor and resolve employee medical claims and insurance-related issues.Conduct periodic reviews of medical insurance plans and recommend improvements.Analyze medical utilization reports and provide recommendations to management.Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires.Educate employees on available benefits and company policies.Evaluate benefits providers and negotiate service agreements when required.Develop and implement benefits administration procedures.Recommend enhancements to employee benefits programs to improve employee engagement and retention.Participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of employee benefits administration.Excellent understanding of medical insurance policies and claims management.Knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Industrial, Construction, Engineering, or Corporate Organizations.
