The Senior BIM Architectural Engineer will oversee and manage BIM development and implementation, ensuring compliance with project requirements across design and construction phases. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, conducting project reviews, and providing technical support. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring efficient project delivery, resolving design discrepancies, and fostering a collaborative team environment.QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience in architectural engineeringProven experience in BIM coordination and clash detectionStrong knowledge of architectural design, detailing,and construction standards Ability to lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee and coordinate complex BIM processesExcellent Teamwork skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication Advanced Proficiency in BIM software and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in technical and design challengesBachelor’s degree in architecture engineering, a master’s degree is a plus
