Team members can expect a collaborative environment that values creativity, technical excellence, and professional growth.Role Description The Senior BIM Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, Egypt. This role involves leading the interior design process from concept through detailed design, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing BIM-based interior models and documentation, producing detailed drawings and material specifications, and ensuring design quality and consistency across projects.QualificationsStrong interior design skills.Advanced proficiency in BIM tools (such as Revit) and related design software used for interior design documentation and coordination.Proven experience leading interior design packages on complex projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to produce clear technical drawings, detailed specifications, and high-quality visual presentations.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.Several years of relevant professional experience in interior design, ideally within an architectural or multidisciplinary practice.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with international and local building codes, standards, and best practices for interiors.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
