Senior BIM Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP team and support the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality mechanical building services models across various construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit.Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.Prepare and review shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built models.Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and client requirements.Support quantity take-off (BOQ) and material estimation from BIM models.Collaborate with site teams and technical office to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Update models based on design changes and site modifications.Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Strong experience in Revit MEP and BIM workflows.Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.Experience with Navisworks / AutoCAD is a plus.Understanding of construction drawings and technical office procedures.Strong coordination and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Preferred:Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.Willingness to relocate to New DamiettaWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM✨ If you are looking for a professional work environment and a real opportunity for growth and development, join the ARX team now!
