This role focuses on influencing without formal authority, building trusted relationships, and enabling alignment across stakeholders to support complex integrations and business outcomesWhat you’ll doDrive technical analysis and solution design, particularly across integrations involving multiple tools and platforms Manage and coordinate parallel requests while ensuring alignment across dependencies and stakeholders Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, enabling clear communication in a cross-functional environmentSupport decision-making and prioritisation based on interdependencies and overall business impactContinuously build technical understanding and apply a structured, analytical approach to problem-solvingWho you areDemonstrates strong technical understanding and can contribute to detailed solution discussions Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication within complex organisational environmentsShows ownership, initiative, and a proactive approach to delivery Able to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements and technologiesFamiliar with cloud fundamentals, architecture concepts, and modern delivery practices including Agile or KanbanExperience with CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and infrastructure environments is advantageousBackground in troubleshooting, problem management, or technical project delivery is beneficialGerman language proficiency and exposure to Atlassian environments are desirableNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
