Valleysoft's vendor-neutral and process-oriented approach, coupled with operational maturity, ensures high-quality and cost-effective services for clients.Job DescriptionAs a Software Business Analyst, you must be familiar with the banking processes in general, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing solutions through the development and implementation of software applications. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget.Key ResponsibiltiesServe as a contact among stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering and analysis, along with the user acceptance process for systemsCreate clear and precise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications documentsGuide system design, development, and documentation, ensuring alignment with business needsEmploy prototyping tools and methods to aid in the development of user interfaces and applicationsFoster proactive communication between business and development teams to resolve conflicts and advance project objectivesThe ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration, teaming, and consensus-building skills, and be adept at working across various disciplines and organizationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sectorAny certificate related to the business analysis fieldProven expertise in banking domain processes and systemsStrong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements using interviews, workshops, and other techniquesExperience in feasibility studies, business process modeling, and gap analysis for process improvement and automationAbility to define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for software developmentFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in documentation tools and business analysis frameworks (mention specific tools if applicable)
