Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Attend meetings, networking events, and industry conferences when required.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Achieve assigned business development targets and KPIs.Support contract negotiations and closing deals.Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in the construction, engineering, or consultancy industry is a must2–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
