Renowned for its financial strength and service excellence, it continues to set the benchmark for customer satisfaction and innovation in the regional insurance market.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process new business, renewals, endorsements, and certificate requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs).Ensure all policy documentation is issued accurately and in compliance with internal processes, policies, and regulatory guidelines.Participate in system testing activities and support timely, accurate execution of testing requirements.Monitor service quality, maintain error trackers, log customer complaints, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Prepare reports and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including IT and other departments, to support operational projects and business initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in commercial policy administration or operations.Professional insurance certifications (III Licentiate/Associate or CII) are preferred.Strong understanding of insurance documentation, policy terms, endorsements, and multiple lines of business (Property, Marine, Engineering, Liability, and Aviation).Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Word, with excellent English communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
