Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description - Grade SpecificThe position is for the Senior Buyer for Corporate Professional Services in the Marketing Communication, MICE and Employee Benefits Category.We are looking for the Procurement professional with experience in Strategic Sourcing who will manage Marketing Communication, MICE and Employee Benefits on French market as well as build strong stakeholder relation in EU Capgemini Legal Entities.Main accountabilitiesBe accountable for managing multiple Marketing Communication, MICE and Employee Benefits subcategories according to the Group and Category GuidelinesManage Category for spend, supplier, sourcing initiatives and saving to ensure the benefits coming from the total cost of ownershipNegotiate offers, contracts, and terms with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal value for the companyMonitor and report the progress of initiated strategic sourcing activitiesManage local country contracts – cooperate with Legal, GDPR officer, Cyber security and Business ownersBuild strong partnership relation with business stakeholders in multiple EU entities of CapgeminiImplement global frame agreements in local entities and drive compliance to themRequirementsIf you like taking ownership, making decisions and would like to work in an international environment as well as:Have 3-4 Years experience as Category Buyer,Have knowledge and experience in Marketing & Communication/ MICE fieldHave strong multiple stakeholder experienceCommunicate well in English and French/ or GermanHave proven track record working in international team(s).Experienced with using Excel at minimum intermediate level.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
