This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring that project requirements are clearly understood, documented, and delivered. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, providing technical guidance on project specifications, conducting site visits, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and customer service teams to resolve issues. The role involves reviewing technical drawings and designs, monitoring progress against client expectations, and preparing status reports and technical documentation. The Senior Technical Client Relations Engineer will also support handover processes, manage escalated technical concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement of client experience and technical standards.QualificationsProven experience in client-facing technical roles, such as Technical Engineer, Site Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer within real estate, construction, or related industries.Strong skills in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.Experience coordinating between clients and multidisciplinary internal teams to manage requirements, changes, and issue resolution.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to manage expectations professionally.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and quality standards relevant to residential and mixed-use developments.Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project tracking systems); experience with CAD or similar tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in project management or customer relations are a plus.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and client satisfaction.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and conduct regular site visits as needed.
