This role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing commercial properties that align with COB Solution’s business and operational needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full leasing cycle, preparing and reviewing lease documents, leading lease negotiations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders, property owners, and legal advisors. The Senior Commercial Leasing Executive conducts market research to identify opportunities, benchmark lease terms, and track trends in relevant commercial real estate segments. The role also involves maintaining accurate lease records, monitoring critical dates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations while supporting long-term portfolio optimization.Qualifications Proven expertise in commercial real estate, including Commercial Leasing and managing various types of Leases.Strong capabilities in Lease Negotiations and structuring lease terms that balance operational needs and financial objectives.Hands-on experience with Lease Administration, including tracking key dates, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance.Ability to conduct Market Research to assess locations, rental benchmarks, competitive properties, and demand trends.Demonstrated negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships.Strong analytical and financial acumen to evaluate lease proposals, costs, and return on investment.High attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.Experience in healthcare, medical facilities, or multi-site commercial portfolios is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
