This position is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with healthcare providers and related organizations, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle: qualifying leads, conducting discovery meetings, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Senior Business Development Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates. Daily activities also involve monitoring market trends, tracking competitors, and contributing to strategies that increase revenue, expand market share, and strengthen COB Solution’s presence in the healthcare sector.Qualifications Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of building and expanding a B2B client base.Business acumen and understanding of healthcare operations, with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.Account Management experience, including nurturing long-term client relationships and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or related services.Ability to work on-site in El Maadi El Gadida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
