This role includes sourcing prospective tenants, presenting available properties, conducting site visits, and preparing leasing proposals aligned with business targets. The Senior Sales & Leasing Executive will lead lease negotiations, coordinate with legal and finance teams, and ensure timely execution and renewal of lease agreements. Daily responsibilities also involve overseeing lease administration, maintaining accurate records, tracking key dates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing rental trends and competitor offerings, preparing sales forecasts, and presenting regular performance reports to management while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications Strong commercial leasing expertise, including Commercial Leasing and Leases, with a track record of achieving or exceeding leasing targets.Proven experience in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration, with the ability to structure, review, and manage lease agreements effectively.Capability to conduct Market Research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and support pricing and positioning decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.Solid business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in using CRM and office productivity tools to manage pipelines and reporting.High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in healthcare, medical facilities, commercial real estate, or related industries is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
