Sharm Dreams Group is urgently hiring a Senior Compensation & Benefits Supervisor – Payroll Focus to join our HR Department.The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising payroll operations, compensation and benefits administration, salary processing, employee insurance files, social insurance, income tax reports, attendance records, and payroll-related HR reports.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly payroll across assigned companies/entities.Review payroll inputs including overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, leave, and attendance.Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.Prepare monthly bank transfer files and handle employee bank account matters.Manage medical insurance and life insurance files, including additions, deletions, claims, and invoice reviews.Handle social insurance, labor office requirements, and monthly income tax reports.Review attendance, fingerprint records, and leave reports.Support compensation reviews, salary structures, grading, and benefits administration.Prepare payroll and HR reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, tax regulations, and internal policies. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations.Strong hands-on payroll experience is a must.Hospitality experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, Payroll Tax, and Labor Office requirements.Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.Strong communication and reporting skills.
