We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can turn ideas into content that attracts attention, builds trust, supports organic growth, and helps brands generate real business results.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to own content planning, writing, ideation, and execution across Gorilla Vibe and client brands.This is not just a caption-writing role. We need someone who understands how content supports brand awareness, audience engagement, SEO growth, lead generation, and conversion. The right person should be able to think creatively, write clearly, understand social media trends, apply SEO principles, and develop content that performs across different platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in social media content, captions, hooks, carousels, reel ideas, video scripts, blog articles, SEO content, website copy, landing page messaging, campaign concepts, and content calendars. You should be able to understand a brand, identify what the audience cares about, create strong angles, and turn business messages into content people actually want to read, watch, save, share, or act on.Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning•Develop monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with brand goals, marketing campaigns, audience needs, and business objectives.•Define content pillars, messaging themes, campaign angles, storytelling directions, and creative concepts for Gorilla Vibe and client brands.•Plan content across social media, blogs, websites, landing pages, email, campaigns, and other digital channels.•Map content to different stages of the customer journey, including awareness, engagement, consideration, lead generation, and conversion.•Identify content gaps, audience pain points, industry trends, competitor activity, and new content opportunities.•Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice, strategy, positioning, and commercial goals.Social Media Content & Management•Create and manage monthly social media calendars for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels.•Write strong social media posts, captions, hooks, carousel copy, stories, reels concepts, and short-form video scripts.•Develop creative ideas for reels, educational content, founder-led content, campaigns, trend-based content, and brand storytelling.•Monitor social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, competitor activity, and audience behaviour.•Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, shares, saves, profile visits, and brand visibility.•Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and relevant conversations when required.•Track social media performance and recommend improvements based on data.Creative Ideation & Content Creation•Generate fresh and relevant content ideas for social media, blogs, videos, campaigns, personal branding, and brand storytelling.•Create strong content angles, hooks, storytelling structures, headlines, and calls-to-action.•Write scripts for reels, short-form videos, brand videos, educational content, promotional content, and campaign videos.•Turn services, product features, business messages, and industry insights into clear and engaging content.•Collaborate with designers, video editors, media buyers, SEO specialists, and marketing team members to produce high-quality creative assets.•Stay updated with trending content formats, audience interests, platform behaviour, and viral content patterns.•Test different formats, hooks, topics, and messaging styles to improve performance.SEO Content Writing & Blog Writing•Write high-quality blog articles, website content, landing page copy, email content, social media content, and campaign copy.•Create SEO-optimised blog articles that are useful, readable, and aligned with search intent.•Conduct keyword research and apply SEO principles to improve organic visibility.•Use on-page SEO best practices, including optimised titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text, keyword placement, and content structure.•Optimise existing content to improve rankings, traffic, readability, engagement, and conversions.•Research industry topics and simplify complex ideas into clear, valuable, and audience-friendly content.•Ensure all
