Senior Cost Control Engineer (Infrastructure – PMC)Hill International is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to join a major infrastructure project on the North Coast.Responsibilities:Develop and monitor project budgets and cost plansTrack project expenditures against approved budgetsPrepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysisEvaluate cost variations and support change control processesProvide cost input for claims and commercial mattersCoordinate with planning, contracts, and commercial teamsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)12–15+ years of experience in Cost Control / Quantity SurveyingProven experience within PMC / Consultant environmentStrong background in cost reporting, forecasting, and budget controlExperience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks)Advanced skills in Excel and cost control toolsPreferred Qualifications:PMP CertificationPrimavera P6 knowledgeExperience in multi-package environmentsJob Details:Location: North CoastAccommodation & transportation provided
