You will work closely with Management team, Internal Compliance & Services teams to evaluate performance efficiency and maximize ROI on all engagements, projects and initiatives.Responsibilities Leverage various technologies and data analytics tools to streamline the collection,modeling, calculation, accurate assessment and reporting of large data sets Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc reports to senior leaders across allbusiness verticals through business reviews (Power BI) Modernize the supporting infrastructure and deliver flexible solutions to end-users Analyzing, evaluating and challenging both current and future business processes andapplication architecture to improve aggregation processesQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related major. 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in business intelligence, consulting and/orfinance Advanced Power BI skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Exceptional problem-solving mindset, with the ability for interpreting and translatingresults, trends, and takeaways to team members, and executive leadership withvarying levels Inquisitive, highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record for executing largeprojects with little information and direction.
